We are actively recruiting an ambitious, driven, and caring Trainee Care Coordinator & CareGiver for our new Office in Sunbury-On-Thames, to help grow and develop the territory and ensure compliance at all times.
As a Trainee Care Coordinator, you will play an integral part in managing the daily communications of our office. You must be extremely personable as you will be liaising with the entire team to ensure all our valued Clients needs are met. This role is extremely fast paced and requires someone truly dedicated and able to remain positive and professional when working under pressure.
You will be supported by our Care Manager and Senior Care Coordinator, learning on the job to develop into a full coordinator and take responsibility for your own area within a six month to one year time frame. Initially you will also be delivering exceptional care as one of our CareGivers as and when the scheduling requires whilst we grow care call hours, as the territory develops this will become a full time Care Coordinator role.

Skills and abilities
Extremely well organized, excellent planning and prioritizing ability with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with previous experience of delivering outstanding customer service
Self-motivated and flexible, with a willingness to participate in an on call system for out of office hours
Previous use of a scheduling / HR / recording system – Desirable
Good computer skills, the ability to produce reports and good computer systems knowledge
