Key Responsibilities of an Hourly Care Assistant
- Deliver high-quality personal care and assist with daily living activities.
- Provide companionship and encouragement to enhance clients’ independence and wellbeing.
- Support with household tasks including meal preparation and light cleaning duties.
- Assist with medication administration and monitor health-related indicators.
- Build and sustain meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals.
- Document daily activities and communicate progress to supervisors and family members.

Essential Qualities and Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's licence and own a reliable vehicle.
- Eligibility to work in the UK with current residence in Farnham or nearby areas.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive in ongoing professional learning and development.
