I love going to work, making a genuine difference to the clients we support puts a smile on my face every day. The support and training I have had since day one has been excellent. There are lots of extra benefits, occasional gifts, team socials where we can meet other team members, a discount card and a prize draw each month for people who pick up extra work.

No two days are the same, with variety and support from the office whilst out on calls. The training and support are outstanding. There is a sense of teamwork from the other carers, and they are amazing during the shadowing period. The hardest part of the job is when clients no longer need support The best part of the job is making genuine connections with clients, listening to their life experiences and making a difference

I have been working with Right at Home now for a year part time I take the morning calls and I absolutely love coming to see my clients and getting them ready for the day. They are an absolute joy to work with and I find it extremely rewarding. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a lot of empathy and love to give. I joined Right at Home back in February of this year and I thought the induction process was a really good mixture of discussion and practical training. Delivered in a friendly and informative way. Now that I have completed five months with he company, I feel more confident in my abilities to deliver care to clients. I have loved getting involved with some of the community events that Right at Home provide and currently, I support a small group playing inclusive cricket on a Friday at Farnham Leisure Centre - I look forward to furthering my career with Right at Home.

Right at Home is by far the most organised and best caring, care company i have ever worked for. Our carers are treated with respect and we always have an open office policy, Our clients are wonderful and my manager is amazing.

RAH always gives me enough travel time hence I feel relaxed when I am travelling to work. All my calls are flexible enough to fit my schedule. The support I get from my manager and colleagues is overwhelming and that makes me happy most of the time when I am working. The most enjoyable part of my job is spending an hour with my clients , that gives me enough time to provide care without rushing .

Being part of the office team is always fun, with a variety of tasks that make the day fly by! The team, including management, is easily my favourite part of working at Right at Home - everyone is always willing to help. Since starting, I can't think of a single thing I don't enjoy!

I have worked in care for 19 years, this is the best company I have ever worked for. They are always there at the other end of the phone if needed. They not only care deeply about the clients they support, but also there staff. All carers are so helpful if needed communicating is outstanding a great and fantastic team to be part of. I was new to the role of caregiver and wasn't sure what to expect but from day one everyone in the company was so welcoming, friendly and supportive The training is thorough,very informative and on going as there is always something new to learn and once trained you are given shadowing calls to help ease you in to the role I like the fact that you can choose your availability,but there is always the opportunity to pick up more hours if you choose to The clients are lovely and it's such a worthwhile and rewarding role and I really enjoy working for the company

I first joined Right at home GF 7 years ago as a caregiver. I felt so much satisfaction in my job knowing that I was making a difference to our clients life. I felt appreciated by my clients and also the rest of the team. During my first 3 years with right at home I progressed to Senior carer. I left for a few years and tried to follow a carer that I thought was easier around my young children’s schedule. After a short time I realised that care was where my heart was and I couldn’t wait to return to Right at home GF! I applied for a role that had become available in the office, applied and was invited to interview. Much to my delight I was offered the role. The recruitment team are great, no questions are ever too much- they’re really helpful and approachable. I went through the Right at home process of training- which is fantastic, very informative and thorough. Then started my role in the office. Since my return to Right at home GF there hasn’t been a single day where I haven’t thought ‘I LOVE my job’ The staff are all friendly and very welcoming. It’s such a lovely atmosphere and always feel appreciated.
