I love going to work, making a genuine difference to the clients we support puts a smile on my face every day. The support and training I have had since day one has been excellent. There are lots of extra benefits, occasional gifts, team socials where we can meet other team members, a discount card and a prize draw each month for people who pick up extra work.

No two days are the same, with variety and support from the office whilst out on calls. The training and support are outstanding. There is a sense of teamwork from the other carers, and they are amazing during the shadowing period. The hardest part of the job is when clients no longer need support The best part of the job is making genuine connections with clients, listening to their life experiences and making a difference

I have been working with Right at Home now for a year part time I take the morning calls and I absolutely love coming to see my clients and getting them ready for the day. I joined Right at Home back in February of this year and I thought the induction process was a really good mixture of discussion and practical training. Delivered in a friendly and informative way. Now that I have completed five months with he company, I feel more confident in my abilities to deliver care to clients.
