As Deputy Care Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our Management, Office, and Care teams—helping us deliver on our mission to provide the very best care in the community.

What you’ll be doing:
~ Supporting the Registered Manager in leading a team of Care Assistants
~ Ensuring compliance and striving for excellence in CQC inspections
~ Coaching, motivating, and supervising care staff to deliver outstanding service
~ Managing rotas, care planning, and stepping in for emergency care calls when required
~ Leading on staff recruitment, induction, and training
~ Ensuring policies, procedures, and best practice are consistently applied
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance requirements
- Leadership experience within a care setting
- Excellent communication, organisation, and people skills
- UK/EU driving licence and ability to travel locally
- Full right to work in the UK
