Training Coordinator

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and organised Trainer to join our team. This role is central to ensuring our staff are fully trained, confident, and compliant, while also supporting new team members through their onboarding journey.
You will play a key role across three core areas:
Training delivery and coordination
Compliance management
New starter onboarding
What We’re Looking For
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience in training delivery (preferably within care or similar sectors)
Knowledge of compliance and record-keeping processes
A supportive and approachable attitude
Ability to motivate and develop others
A commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
Training
Schedule, coordinate, and deliver induction and mandatory training sessions
Deliver annual refresher training and ensure all staff remain up to date
Maintain and update all training materials
Provide one-to-one and in-home training where required
Ensure training equipment is maintained and serviced
Manage diploma processes, paperwork, and learner progress
Liaise with external training providers and monitor quality of support
Identify additional training needs through feedback and analysis
Maintain accurate reporting and update Skills for Care annually
Compliance
Ensure all staff training records are accurate and fully compliant
Maintain records for Online learning
Add new recruits to systems and track training completion
Monitor refresher training (online and face-to-face)
Update certificates and maintain organised, accessible records
Continuously improve record-keeping processes using new technologies
Onboarding
Manage the induction process for new starters
Deliver follow-up induction training
Support CareGivers in completing the Care Certificate
Ensure all onboarding materials are current and effective
Additional Duties
Provide support to the recruitment team as required
Collaborate with colleagues across the business to meet team goals
Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support the organisation

Right at Home offers quality care and companionship in the comfort of a client’s own home.
We offer a minimum of a one hour call, ensuring that our clients never feel rushed, through to 24-hr live in care.
With specialist knowledge in dementia care, our Carers are passionate about upholding the Right at Home values and improving our clients’ quality of life.
Right at Home runs and supports a number of local support groups including Dementia Friends sessions, Singing for the Mind, and the Sunflower Cafe for people living with dementia and their carers, enabling them to continue enjoying life in the community.
