Regional Deputy Care Manager

Salary: Up to £29,000 depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
About the Role
Right at Home Camberley & Woking and Weybridge & Richmond are looking for an ambitious, caring and motivated Deputy Care Manager to join our growing team.
Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will help oversee the delivery of high-quality home care, support our Care Professionals and ensure we maintain excellent standards of compliance and service.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their management career, with the potential to progress towards a future Registered Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day management of the service.
Maintain high standards of care, compliance and CQC readiness.
Supervise, support and develop the care team.
Monitor KPIs and complete required reporting.
Support staff training, induction, appraisals and ongoing development.
Review and improve processes to ensure an efficient, high-quality service.
Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
Liaise with clients, families and other professionals where required.
Help cover care calls as the business grows.
Participate in an out-of-hours on-call system.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Passionate about delivering outstanding care.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident supporting and managing a team.
A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, flexible and able to prioritise effectively.
Experienced in working within care and familiar with CQC requirements.
Qualified to, or working towards, QCF Level 5 in Social Care (support provided).
A driver with daily access to a reliable car
