Office: Various, as we cover locations in Guildford, Farnham, Camberley & Woking, Alton & Bordon, Weybridge & Richmond
Hours: Every Saturday and Sunday
Contract Type: Part-Time - zero hours
Salary: £16.10 per care call/ph
About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Weekend Care Assistants to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others and can commit to working weekends on a regular basis.
As a Weekend Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting people to live independently, maintain their dignity, and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing personal care with dignity and respect
Supporting clients with washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assisting with medication support in line with company procedures
Preparing meals and helping with nutrition and hydration
Providing companionship and emotional support
Helping with light household tasks and maintaining a safe environment
Recording care notes accurately and reporting any concerns
Following care plans and promoting independence at all times
What We're Looking For
A caring, compassionate, and patient nature
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability and commitment to weekend working
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
Right to work in the UK
Weekend Availability Requirement
This role requires regular availability on both Saturdays and Sundays. Applicants should be able to commit to weekend shifts consistently and reliably.
