Kirsten’s passion for care began early on… After studying Health and Social Care at college, she started her career in the sector with one goal: to make a difference in people’s lives. Over the years, she gained a wealth of experience working with both private homecare agencies and social services, building a strong foundation of knowledge and compassion.
In 2023, Kirsten joined the Right at Home team as a Trainee Administrator - from day one, she threw herself into the role with enthusiasm and commitment. Her determination, attention to detail, and drive to succeed quickly stood out and it wasn’t long before her hard work was recognised.
In the summer of 2024 Kirsten got promoted to our Finance and Enquiry Executive; this new role allowed her to take on new responsibilities, from being the first point of contact and face that potential clients have with Right at Home, to assisting with payroll - she’s a busy girl!
