Flexible Shifts: Work the days you want! Choose from mornings (7am - 2pm), evenings (5pm - 10pm), and alternate weekends to build a schedule that suits your family.
Confidence Building: Nervous about returning to work? Don't be! We provide full paid training and shadowing to ensure you feel 100% confident.
Premium Pay: Earn £15.00 - £16.90 per care call (depending on experience).
No Rushing: We only do minimum 1-hour care calls, giving you time to actually connect with your clients and do a great job without the stress.
Familiar Faces: We have a strict "no stranger" policy. You will always be properly introduced to a client before your first visit.
Great Perks: Paid mileage (45p per mile), no uniforms, career progression opportunities, and 24/7 access to support from managers and colleagues.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing friendly companionship and motivating clients to get the most out of their day
Assisting with personal care and promoting independence
Helping with everyday tasks like housekeeping and meal preparation
Administering medication
Taking clients out for appointments or outings
What We Need From You:
The Right Values: Respect, Trust, Compassion, and Quality.
Great Communication: A friendly, chatty, and patient nature.
Availability: Able to work a selection of our shift patterns (Mornings: 7am-2pm / Evenings: 5pm-10pm & Alternative Weekends).
Driving Essentials: You must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have unlimited access to your own vehicle (with business use insurance).
Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK (Please note: we cannot offer sponsorship or sponsor switches).

Right at Home offers quality care and companionship in the comfort of a client’s own home.
We offer a minimum of a one hour call, ensuring that our clients never feel rushed, through to 24-hr live in care.
With specialist knowledge in dementia care, our Carers are passionate about upholding the Right at Home values and improving our clients’ quality of life.
Right at Home runs and supports a number of local support groups including Dementia Friends sessions, Singing for the Mind, and the Sunflower Cafe for people living with dementia and their carers, enabling them to continue enjoying life in the community.
